I am sure if I tell you that you can eat good, healthy, tasty foods, lose weight and even look forward to your next meal, you will throw your head back and laugh one of those really crazy belly laughs in disbelief!
Not all weight loss plans are created equal. I prefer that my clients actually enjoy their culinary experience. This is one of the major considerations when setting up my programmes.

Eating is something we build most of our social activities around. Many of the memories we have are enriched with the foods we had on those occasions. Just think of Christmas and what comes to mind?
I don’t like restrictive plans, but if your system needs a complete overhaul I recommend My 4 week Gentle Detox Plan. And like I said, this only lasts 4 weeks. It gets super amazing results because it totally resets your metabolism. As the toxins leave your body, your body gets that much needed boost to focus on healing where needed. In this manner our needs might be different, but our bodies are amazing machines and performs this duty well when we give it the opportunity to do so.
Even in my Detox you will still be able to eat pretty appetizing foods. After a while, you do get accustomed to the natural tastes of the foods you are eating. By the time you move on to a more sustainable way of eating, you have been conditioned to enjoy “healthy and clean foods” so much more.
One of the many advantages when preparing healthier foods, is that it is really not that time consuming.

As you can see from these recipes, ‘weight loss foods’ need not be unappetizing. One of the sections in my ‘Skinny Yourself Programme’, has a Fat Burning section, so that you can manage those days that lead up to and follow a big event where your eating might not be on point.
Being a realist, I know that there will be times when social requirements will be more challenging to your eating plans; knowing you can plan for those occasions gives my clients ease of mind.
